RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be granted if there’s a manufacturer defect and the item can’t be ordered or received in a timely manner.
Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
If returning your purchase do to manufactures defect send via mail. Pack the items you want to return, and ship them back by any shipping company available, like Fedex and UPS. Post Office is recommended to avoid tax. Once we receive the return, we will apply a full refund of the item(s) you returned within 7 working days.
We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return.
It normally takes 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours), that depends on the original way you used.
